Presto Wire for Hot wire bottle cutter NXG model is known as kanthal wire.  The Presto wire has a thermal resilience and suitable for use at high temperatures up to 1400 °C. The Kanthal wire is a composite of Ferritic-Iron- chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl Alloy). The wire has high resistivity and good oxidation resistance.
